Ayurveda

Ayurveda translates to “the science or knowledge of life.” It is the sister science to yoga and has been practiced for over 5,000 years. The optimum goal of Ayurveda is to recognize and nurture the balance of mind and body, and to make conscious lifestyle decisions that will optimize your individualized constitution (vata/pitta/kapha).

Health Consultation

Through a series of consultations, learn more about yourself and your body. How are your energy levels? What foods are aiding or disrupting my digestion? We will work together, one on one, to assess your goals and develop a plan that integrates the Ayurveda Health Plan into your life.
