Tips for Sleeping

  • Using a carrier oil such as coconut, jojoba, grapeseed, sesame seed or sunflower, mix a few drops of lavender oil and the carrier oil of your choice and lovingly massage the mixture onto the bottom of your feet and on your chest before settling into bed for the night. 

  • Turn off and put away electric devices an hour before going to bed.

  • Relax and sip on warm organic chamomile tea.

  • Try to go to bed by 10pm – allow for 6-8 hours of sleep.
